Friday, May 2nd, 2008I would like to introduce you to “Primere Fitness”, I work out at the Co-Ed Premier Fitness in Middletown. Love it. Great setup…Free Weights and Machines, what ever your routine, they have it to ‘do it to it’ or better yet to ‘Shake up your Workout with different tools.
Premier Fitness has a large selection of of treadmills, excercise bikes, and other cardio equipment. My favorite is the “Cardio Theatre”…Awesome!
