“Some Gave All” - The Vietnam Wall, Washington D.C.
Sunday, June 15th, 2008I didn’t get to spend the time at ‘The Wall’ like I wanted to because of the extreme heat and my youngest started a little heat stroke. So we walked in silence with others in respect for those who paid the price.
It is very shocking to look at the long list of names and all of the sections the wall. This War took it’s toll on Brave Americans lives, but NEVER broke the American Spirit.
…All gave some…
…and some gave all…
…And some stood through for the red, white and blue…
…And some had to fall…
…And if you ever think of me…
…Think of all your liberties and recall…
